ANDREW BENSON

Meet Andrew, an IT specialist with extensive experience in international logistics and marketing. With a degree in International Marketing and fluency in English and Spanish and experience working in various countries he’s established a name in the tech and logistics sectors.

In 2014, Andrew co-founded ParcelABC, an innovative tech startup providing online courier services using advanced multi-hub pricing algorithms. He also played a key role in its global expansion and securing funding.

Now, as a cofounder and IT Director at Logicon Systems, he leads in providing cloud-based logistic solutions software capable of managing parcel distribution, price quotations and carrier invoice reconciliation with easy access to 1600+ business apps.

Additionally, Andrew is a founder of LogiLink which provides integration management and connectivity solutions across all business sectors for automation of workflows and the incorporation of AI in new and legacy platforms.

Earlier, he was a director at Gibraltar Cold Stores Ltd, handling the frozen food supply chain. He also worked with Postal Purchases Ltd in mail order distribution and represented the Freemans catalogue.

In 1994, he started IMX Spain sl, a mail and courier service that over 26 years became a top choice for post offices, publishers, and e-commerce businesses.

With a penchant for solving complex puzzles and a love for business, Andrew’s legacy lies in his relentless pursuit to say “yes” when others hesitate, always striving for innovation that benefits his clients across multiple sectors.

Introducing Lukas, an IT mastermind with a keen eye for project management and an innate ability to transform abstract ideas into tangible software solutions. With a career spanning nearly a decade, Lukas has solidified his expertise in managing a vast array of IT projects, from the embryonic stages of conception to the final launch and beyond.

 Having been a self-employed IT consultant since 2016, Lukas has overseen major ventures including the full IT project management for virtual courier platform – ParcelABC.com, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. His strategic input was key to the evolution of parcel delivery software for ParcelABC.com, and his involvement with senior management was instrumental in securing investments that spearheaded the platform’s development and expansion.

 With a stint at Logicon Systems, Lukas enhanced the parcel delivery software, proposing innovative solutions that integrated automation capabilities into platforms processes. At Stock-M, he played a pivotal role in the re-development of assortment management software, infusing it with design and functional improvements and laying the foundation for mobile application interfaces.

LUKAS ROKAS

Before his consultancy endeavors, Lukas showcased his prowess as an account executive at UAB OSOS and an IT project manager at UAB ZET TECHNOLOGIJOS. Here, he juggled multiple projects, curating tailored IT solutions for clients across the EU. Notably, he played a pivotal role in sculpting the initial prototypes for the Taxi software 1424.lt and crafting the software specifications for the sports technology platform ilgsports.com.

 Lukas’s educational background in Business Management and Administration from the esteemed ISM University of Management and Economics further cements his acumen in intertwining IT solutions with business objectives. His holistic approach to IT project management, combined with his profound business understanding, positions Lukas as a prime figure in the intersection of technology and commerce.

Introducing Simon, a multi-skilled software systems developer with over 25 years of experience on numerous platforms and languages, successfully identifying and analysing customer requirements, designing and producing creative solutions to complex problems. 

Beginning his software life in the late 1980’s as a railway signal and control systems engineer with London Underground (now TfL) and moving to developing code for digital satelite and cable set-top boxes with Pace in the UK and, later, Irdeto in South Africa, Simon has shown an immense flexibility and ability to learn new skills across the globe.

With 10 years as a finance broker managing $125m of lending to home and investment property borrowers in Australia, Simon has a consummate ability to connect with his clients face-to-face, forming excellent relationships with a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.

As a software consultant since 2015, Simon has embedded himself with several high profile clients including Logicon Systems since early 2022. Working closely and as a tight knit team with Andrew and Lukas, he has developed a shipment pricing search algorithm harnessing in-house platforms and those of 3rd party shipping providers to offer unique solutions to Logicon’s clients.

Simon’s quiet and considered approach to providing solutions for his clients and their clients sets him apart from the mainstream and clients are assured of solutions that often exceed their expectations and always solve their problems.
