What working with us is like
Four people, all of whom have spent their working lives in logistics, postal, finance and software. Here is how that shows up when you work with us.
We have run these businesses ourselves
A courier company in Spain, a chair of the European Postal Association, a co-founded courier platform, railway signalling and a decade in finance. We have sat where you sit.
You talk to the people who build it
No account manager in between. The person who takes your question is the person who makes the change.
We start from what you already have
Shopify, WooCommerce, your WMS, spreadsheets and carrier accounts. We build on top of them, not instead of them.
Our own connectors, and many integrations
Our own code against your systems and carriers, plus ready-made integrations where they already do the job. MCP access is in development.
Cross-border is the normal case
The team is spread across Europe, the UK and Spain among them. Customs and carriers that do not talk to each other are where we usually start.
Fifteen minutes is usually enough
Tell us what is breaking. If we cannot help, we would rather say so on the call than sell you a project.
What we build and run
LogiLink builds automation and connections of any type. Logicon is the shipping management platform underneath most of that work, and pricing and finance are now being split out into products of their own, Logipricing and Logifinance. You can buy any of them on their own, or have us fit them around what you already run.

Logicon
The shipping management platform, and the product most of our clients run every day.
Order receipt, inventory, carrier and delivery selection, payments, messaging, tracking and returns, from the moment an order lands to the moment it comes back.

Logipricing
Split out of LogiconWhat a shipment costs you, and what you sell it for.
Real-time and comparative prices, quotes, service and carrier selection, cost and sales analysis. White-label if you need it.

Logifinance
Split out of LogiconChecks what carriers charge you and produces what you charge.
Reconciles carrier purchase invoices against every shipment, surcharges and taxes included, and generates commercial invoices for single or multiple shipments.

Logicon Bridge
Turns messy spreadsheets and unverified customs data into consignments you can ship.
One-click CSV ingestion, automated data cleansing, six-stage HS-code validation and a master customs library.

AI tools
Small apps that take the typing out of jobs people still do by hand.
AI Parcel Scan reads labels, airway bills and handwritten forms from a photo. AI Support Request drafts carrier-ready emails. Translation and transcription are next.
Talk to it in plain language
In developmentMCP access to our own tools, so a language model can work on them directly instead of a person clicking through screens.
The first case: describe a pricing setup in words and have it built, then edited, inside Logipricing.
Who we work with
Logicon Systems
The logistics software company behind Logicon, Logipricing and Logifinance.
ATEM Agency
Our creative, marketing and communications partner.
IDX Media
Marketing, content and events agency for logistics, supply chain and e-commerce brands.
Questions we get asked
The things people ask before the first call, answered in full. Each answer stands on its own, so you can quote it, forward it, or let an assistant read it back to you.
What does LogiLink do?
LogiLink builds and runs logistics software, and connects the systems a business already uses. That covers shipping management, pricing, customs and address validation, purchase-invoice reconciliation, and bespoke tools built on top of a client’s shop, warehouse system, spreadsheets and carrier accounts. It is a four-person senior team, so the people you talk to are the people who build the thing.
How is LogiLink different from Logicon, Logipricing and Logifinance?
LogiLink is the team and the practice: it builds automation and connections of any type, including work that has nothing to do with our own products. Logicon is the shipping management platform, covering order receipt, inventory, carrier and delivery selection, payments, messaging, tracking and returns. Logipricing and Logifinance are pricing and finance split out into separate products, one for real-time and comparative shipping prices and quotes, the other for automated purchase-invoice reconciliation and commercial invoice generation.
Does LogiLink work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. LogiLink connects Shopify and WooCommerce shops to carriers, warehouses and finance systems rather than asking anyone to move off them. We build on what is already running, using our own code, Make.com connectors and direct carrier integrations, and we pick whichever of those is cheapest to keep alive.
Can LogiLink connect our WMS to our shop and our carriers?
Connecting a warehouse management system to a shop and to carriers is one of the most common jobs LogiLink takes on. We map the data you already hold onto whatever each platform and carrier expects, and handle the awkward parts: address validation, customs data, labels, tracking updates and returns. The work normally starts by looking at your current process, including any spreadsheets that are quietly holding it together.
What is Logicon Bridge and what does it validate?
Logicon Bridge is LogiLink’s customs and address validation app. It takes messy client CSVs and unverified customs data and turns them into clean consignments, using one-click ingestion, automated data cleansing and a six-stage AI validation of HS codes. Validated codes and addresses are kept in a master customs library, so the same data does not have to be checked again next time.
Does LogiLink use Make.com?
Yes, LogiLink uses Make.com connectors where they are the quickest sensible route between two systems, alongside our own code and direct API integrations. We choose per job: a connector when it is reliable and cheap to run, our own code when the logic, the volume or the error handling needs it. Either way you are told which one is being used and why, and the automation belongs to you.
What is MCP, and can we talk to your tools in plain language?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is a standard way for a language model to use software tools directly instead of a person clicking through screens. LogiLink is building MCP access to its own tools so that, for example, you could describe a pricing setup in plain language and have the model build it and then edit it inside Logipricing. This is in development, so we would rather show you where it has got to than give you a date.
How do we start working with LogiLink?
Start with a free 15-minute conversation, with nothing to buy at the end of it. You can book a time directly at https://calendly.com/logilink/how-can-we-help-you, or answer the few questions in the panel at the top of the LogiLink home page and we will pick it up from there. If it turns out we are not the right people for the job, we will say so in that first call.
Where is the LogiLink team based?
LogiLink works across the UK and Spain, and the team has worked in logistics, postal, e-commerce and software across several countries. We work remotely, so you reach us by message, call or video rather than by visiting an office. Client work is mostly European, and cross-border shipping between the UK and the EU is a large part of it.
Who will we actually talk to at LogiLink?
You talk to the people doing the work. Andrew Benson and Lukas Rokas read the messages that come in through this site and answer them themselves, rather than passing them to a sales team. The full four-person team, including Simon James and Nicholas Street, is listed with real biographies on the LogiLink About page.
Fifteen minutes is usually enough to know if we can help
No slides and no discovery process. You describe what you are running and where it hurts, and we tell you plainly whether this is something we have done before.
If it is not a fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
